We have an Anxiety Support Group starting next Tuesday 28th July, 1:30 - 2:30pm and will continue every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.
The group will be facilitated by a trained counsellor and aims to promote wellbeing and positive conversation around anxiety within a safe environment.
