BROS Mangawhai Monthly Men's Circle

BROS is a community initiative dedicated to uplifting the wellbeing of men. BROS aims to build healthy & authentic masculinity through brotherhood and connection experiences.

Supporting the mission to bring “more men around more fires”, each month a Men’s Circle is held at Te Whai Community House for men to help build strong connections and support meaningful discussions.

We can offer access to the free 6-week Navigating Change wellbeing programme, which aims to equip you with the skills and knowledge to cope with and thrive in times of change. This programme focuses on improving mental health, building resilience and developing coping mechanisms.

Te Awatea Wellbeing Programme
Te Awatea Wellbeing Programme

To strengthen mental wellbeing and resilience, we offer Te Awatea, a free 10-week programme for people experiencing challenges with stress, relationships, anxiety, parenting and life changes. The course applies current research into the neuroscience of stress, anxiety and depression. It also encompasses a range of tools for implementing changes, setting personal goals and improving relationships.
