Wellbeing Programme
Te Whai Wellbeing and Resilience Programme, Te Awatea - A New Dawn, is a ten-week programme for people facing challenges and wanting to make changes in their lives. The course applies current research into the neuroscience of stress, anxiety, depression, and includes a range of models of change, tools for better communication, relationships, changing habits, and setting personal goals.
Individual Wellbeing Coaching is also available to participants of Te Awatea requiring additional support and guidance.
Your donation of $75 covers the cost of one Wellbeing Coaching session
Your donation of $350 covers the cost of one participant to attend Te Awatea for 10 weeks
