Each year, with the help of our generous community, Te Whai Community Trust donates around 100 Christmas Aroha Baskets to families and individuals in Mangawhai who are needing a little support over the festive season.
If you’re able to donate to this year's drive, please drop off non-perishable festive food items and new unwrapped gifts for children (newborn - 18yrs) to one of the collection points by Monday 15th December.

When purchasing items to donate please share the love by supporting our local markets and small businesses around Mangawhai.
Financial donations for the purchasing of perishable food and gifts can
also be made here.
Ideas for non-perishable festive foods include: Biscuits, crackers, chocolate, candy canes, mixed nuts, puddings, jelly, fruit mince tarts, pretzels, pop corn, chips, reduced cream and onion soup for dips, canned fruit, bottles or cans of drinks, tea bags, coffee, hot chocolate. Essentially food items that can be enjoyed over the Christmas period to make the days feel a little more festive.
